How Are Cappadocia Balloon Tour Prices Set?
Cappadocia balloon tour prices depend on the season, the day and the type of basket you choose. From November to April, the standard flight starts from €50 per person, the comfort flight from €80 and the luxury flight from €100. From April, the standard flight starts from €130.
Balloon companies announce their prices daily. On busy days, and on the days after flights were cancelled because of the weather, prices can rise. That is why the prices on this page are starting prices. Tell us your date on WhatsApp and we send you the exact price for that morning.
Prices are set in euros. You can also pay in Turkish lira at the exchange rate of the day. Every price includes free hotel pick-up and drop-off, breakfast before the flight, flight insurance, and a flight certificate with a non-alcoholic champagne toast after landing.

All three flights take off from the same valleys and fly for the same time. The difference is the number of people in the basket: the fewer guests, the more room you have for photos.
How Does the Balloon Tour Work?
Balloons fly once a day, at sunrise, from the valleys of the Göreme region. Flights run all year round when the weather allows. The wind decides whether balloons can fly, and the Civil Aviation authority gives the final permission each morning.
Hotel pick-up is around 06:00 in winter and around 04:00 in summer, following the sunrise. We tell you the exact pick-up time the evening before your flight. Breakfast is served before the flight, while the balloons are being prepared.
The flight lasts about 1 hour and balloons rise up to around 800 metres. After landing, we celebrate with non-alcoholic champagne and you receive your flight certificate. Then you are driven back to your hotel. The whole morning, with transfers, takes about 3–4 hours.
If the flight is cancelled because of the weather, you get a full refund.
Children, Payment and Booking
Children aged 5 and over can join the balloon tour. Children under 5 cannot fly; this is a Civil Aviation rule. Children pay the same price as adults: there is no child discount and no early-booking discount. Booking early only guarantees your seat on busy days.

Private Balloon Flights for Couples
For a marriage proposal, a honeymoon or an anniversary, we arrange a private balloon flight for two. On request we add VIP hotel pick-up, a banner for your photos and a drone video of your flight. Let us know your plans at least 10 days in advance so we can prepare everything.
Where Do the Balloons Take Off?
All Cappadocia balloon flights, including Nevşehir and Ürgüp balloon tours, take off from the valleys around Göreme. The route over the fairy chimneys changes each day with the wind, so every flight is a little different.
